SYCarbonFiber Factory announced the rollout of its new large-format carbon fiber sheet production line, capable of manufacturing panels up to 1200×4000mm. This upgrade significantly expands the factory's ability to support customers developing oversized structural components, equipment housings, and industrial enclosures.
The new line is designed for stable, high-precision production of Large Carbon Fiber Sheets using both standard lay-up and continuous-press processes. It enables customers in robotics, automated machinery, transportation equipment, UAV platforms, and commercial display systems to source reliable extra-long and extra-wide panels without the limitations of traditional small-format sheet sizes.
According to the production team, the enhanced line focuses on consistency and dimensional stability. "Many of our customers have been requesting larger panels for advanced enclosure projects," the Engineering Manager said. "The ability to produce Large Carbon Fiber Sheets in 1200×4000mm gives them more flexibility in design, fewer assembly seams, and better overall rigidity."
The new line also supports customized specifications, including multi-directional lay-ups, gloss or matte finishing, and reinforced resin systems for demanding applications. These options make it suitable for customers working with fiber sheet composites, high-stiffness structural panels, and other long-format carbon fiber fiber sheet solutions.
By investing in large-format capabilities, SYCarbonFiber Factory aims to reduce lead times for oversized parts and provide a more stable supply chain for clients requiring continuous or batch-level production. Early feedback from domestic and overseas partners highlights strong interest in the new size range, especially for lightweight machinery covers and large CNC-machined carbon fiber components.
SYCarbonFiber will continue expanding its processing capacity and material options to support more diverse manufacturing needs in the global composites market.
