With only 78 days left before the Chinese New Year, SYCarbonFiber Factory is preparing for the annual pre-holiday production peak. The weeks leading up to the holiday are traditionally the busiest period of the year, and many ongoing projects-especially custom Carbon Fiber Panel orders-are already entering their scheduling queue.
To help customers avoid delays and ensure all shipments are completed before the holiday shutdown, the factory has begun adjusting its internal planning and capacity allocation. According to the production team, early confirmation is the key to ensuring smooth delivery during this seasonal rush.
"We expect order volumes to rise steadily over the next two months," the Operations Manager said. "If customers have Carbon Fiber Panel projects or other custom components that need to be completed before the holiday, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible. Early coordination allows us to reserve production slots and prepare materials in advance."
In previous years, the pre-holiday period saw a significant increase in demand for panels, tubes, and CNC-processed carbon fiber parts. This year is expected to follow the same trend, particularly for international shipments that require additional transit time.
